Margot Tugwell
Workplace Occupational Therapist
Margot is a Workplace Occupational Therapist and Accredited Mediator, having worked in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management for the last 25 years.
She has a wide range of experience, having worked in consultant and management roles for Rehabilitation Providers, Insurance companies and employers.
Margot performs workplace assessments, ergonomic and workstation assessments, functional assessments and ADL assessments. She has a keen interest in coaching, facilitation and training, and has designed and developed online and face-to-face manual handling training packages for employers.
Margot is accredited as a multi-disciplinary Mediator and Online Mediation Specialist, accredited under the National Mediation Accreditation System (NMAS). She is skilled in workplace and injury management negotiation, and helps disputing parties achieve unique and workable outcomes.
Margot’s key interests are mediation, workplace and ergonomic workstation assessments, facilitation and training.
