MP Safety Management is accredited with NSW WorkCover, to assist workers to obtain new employment with a different employer. Going to work provides people with greater independence, more money, confidence and the opportunity to learn new skills. MP Safety Management assists workers in the transition to new employment following injury.

MP Safety Management works in partnership with the worker, determining individual needs and abilities and preparing the worker for work. In that preparation, MP Safety Management assists the worker to manage their injury and through working together, provide them with the skills to job-seek in the open labour market.

MP Safety Management has two dedicated Rehabilitation Consultants – Ross Miller and Kylie Dearn, who between them, have over 35 years of experience working with long-term unemployed and people with disabilities. MP Safety Management takes advantage of work trials and the Job Cover Placement Program to assist in the successful placement of workers in new employment.
