Jacki Harvey of MP Safety Management has worked with DPI since 2005. During this seven years Jacki has been a critical point of contact for the department in assisting employees with complex illnesses and psychological injury to return to work.
Jacki has achievement excellent outcomes for the department and staff through working collaboratively, engaging all parties, supporting the rehabilitation process and assisting the worker and the business in achieving suitable outcomes. Over the past year this has involved four claims with WorkSafe and one non work related illness, all of whom had issues with relationships at the workplace, all employees were able to gain medical support to return to their pre-injury work.
Jacki's empathic nature and excellent communication skills combined with her professional qualifications quickly builds trust with the department, medical providers and employee so that progress can be made in quite often very tense and difficult employment situations.
