fltania.jpgTania joined the MP Safety Management team in 2004, bringing with her a wealth of experience in injury management.  She currently performs case management of rehabilitation files (Icare, Comcare, Income Protection, CTP and Motor Accident Claims), ADL assessments and provides equipment and service prescriptions. She also conducts ergonomic audits/evaluation of workplaces and provides onsite education regarding back care and injury prevention.

Tania’s key interests are ergonomics health promotion and developing and implementing preventative injury programs.

Office Manager

Donna’s role as Office Manager includes development of policies and procedures, implementing insurer panel requests, project work, working on our website and intranet system, as well as management of the office on a daily basis.PERRETT Donna

Donna’s experience comes from many years of customer liasion and business management. This allows her to streamline processes for our consultants. Donna completes our consultant inductions and procedure reviews and customer service requirements.

Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant

L Keller4Leanne joined the MPSM team in 2012, bringing with her almost 20 years experience in occupational rehabilitation. Leanne has worked as both an In House and External Rehabilitation Provider, within the WorkCover and Comcare system. She was the State and National Rehabilitation Manager for Australia Post for more than a decade, with a focus on best practice for case management, early intervention and injury prevention. Having worked with large corporations, Leanne is customer focused with a strong emphasis on return to work outcomes, injury management and claim costs. She has experience working within a multi-disciplined team of professionals, dealing with complex and long term claimants. Her key interests are Injury and Return to Work Management, with a focus on complex case management. Leanne has also developed and delivered training packages for injury management, specifically targeting managers and supervisers.

Personal Assistant To Melanie Parker-Doney

Ashleigh is a recent addition to the team, joining MP Safety Management in June 2013.

Ashleigh’s training and experience background is secretarial/administration based. She was employed for many years as a personal assistant to the CEO of a professional sporting club. She has done some part-time secretarial work for a Workplace Occupational Therapist and also has experience in medical administration, having most recently managed the practice of a general surgeon/medico legal consultant.

She joins us in a part time position as Personal Assistant to Melanie Parker-Doney.

Liz joined the MP Safety Management team in 2012 and brings 13 years of occupational rehabilitation experience. Liz has experience in providing quality injury management assessment and case management services across the Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance schemes. More recently

Liz has worked with national companies, providing RTW Co-ordinator services across all states.

Liz’s key interests are functional capacity assessments, workplace assessments, ergonomic and workstation assessments, equipment prescription, as well as Activities of Daily Living assessments.
