Workplace Rehabilitation Councellor

Kylie has worked within the vocational rehabilitation field for the past 14 years and has successfully helped clients with injuries, disabilities and health problems to re-enter the workforce.

Kylie is passionate about helping people to maximise their abilities within the Australian labour market and is able to draw on her experience and training in both Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Counseling.

Kylie has qualifications in both and has recently completed a post graduate qualification from the Australian Catholic University in Career Development.

Kylie uses new and innovative strategies to provide client’s with the needed confidence and true appreciation of their abilities in order to re- enter the workforce following injury.

She is on the professional development committee for ASORC and has organised professional development topics for the profession of Rehabilitation Counsellors.

She is also a full member of the OTAA (Occupational Therapy Association of Australia) and the CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia).
