Donna’s role as Office Manager includes development of policies and procedures, implementing insurer panel requests, project work, working on our website and intranet
system, as well as management of the office on a daily basis.

Donna’s experience comes from many years of customer liasion and business management. This allows her to streamline processes for our consultants. Donna completes our consultant inductions and procedure reviews.
