Melanie established MP Safety Management in 1997 with the aim of providing excellence in occupational rehabilitation. She has worked extensively with the shipping industry, and has assisted companies such as BHP Billiton, CSR Shipping, ASP, Inco Ships, Teekay Shipping and Adsteam Marine to develop and implement injury management strategies for their workforce.

Melanie is an AS4801 Certified Safety Systems Auditor and assisted many of our customers to achieve and pass audits in the Premium Discount Scheme. She specialises in the development of Injury Management Systems in workplaces, ergonomic assessments, auditing and workplace safety training.
